Civil weddingIn France, the civil
wedding is the only one which is recognized by the State. It takes
place with the town hall of the city where the two husbands reside.
At the time of the ceremony, the mayor of the city will read with
married the obligations due to their union. Then the exchange
will come from the assents, then the ceremony will finish by the
signature of the registers by the husbands and their witnesses. |
